Over the next five weeks, we’re bringing together nine experiences designed to support growth, self-discovery, healing, education, & connection.
From practical tools you can apply immediately to experiences that invite you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect, this lineup was intentionally curated to support the whole woman.
While movement is a powerful catalyst for change, transformation doesn’t happen through workouts alone.
One of the things I’ve always envisioned for MTHR was a space where women could continue to learn, expand, ask deeper questions, stay curious, and explore new ways of caring for themselves, all within a supportive community of like-minded women.
This is our most expansive workshop lineup yet, and I couldn’t be more excited to bring it to life.
Challenge participants receive access for FREE to all workshops as part of their Summer Challenge experience, but workshops are also open to the community for individual registration at a small cost.

Every time you strength train, you’re creating micro-tears in your muscle tissue. That’s not a bad thing. That’s literally how you get stronger. But here’s the part that got left out of every “no days off” post you’ve ever saved:
The muscle doesn’t repair during the workout.

There’s something really special happening inside MTHR.
Last week, over 45 new women walked through our doors to experience our studio with a free week & the energy all week long was magnetic.
Women walked in nervous, unsure, intimidated… and within minutes they were laughing, sweating, pushing themselves, cheering each other on, and leaving feeling stronger than when they came in.
one of the things we kept hearing over and over again was:
“wow… that was hard, but I actually felt capable.”
and that means everything to us.
Because somewhere along the way, women were taught that fitness had to feel intimidating to be effective.
That they had to earn their place in the room.
That being challenged meant feeling defeated.
and that’s just not what we’re creating here.

This past week we had five pregnant women in class, one of them carrying twins. All showing up, moving with intention, lifting, training, and taking care of themselves in a way that will support both them and their babies.
These women weren’t fragile. They were focused. Strong. Connected to their bodies. And in many ways, stronger than ever.

After 14 years of working with women, here’s what I know to be true, the majority of women are moving through workouts without real access to their deep core & pelvic floor. Which means the results stay limited, compensation patterns take over, and frustration builds.
This is exactly why I’m hosting the Core + Pelvic Floor Activation Lab as part of the Mthr Reset.
This is a hands-on, highly intentional workshop where we focus on turning your inner core system back on. You’ll learn how to actually engage your deep core & pelvic floor in a way that supports strength, stability, and visible results, without over gripping, clenching, or shutting things down.
This lab is for you if:

This past weekend, almost 100 women walked through the doors of MTHR Studio, bringing their energy, curiosity, and light into our new space. To witness women of all ages and stages of life come together, sweat together, and move with intention. It was truly everything we dreamed of and more.
We are so honored that you said yes to our vision. That you showed up open to a new wave of movement. A way of training where we stop punishing our bodies and start embracing them. Where we no longer ask what we want to change, but instead ask, How can I be stronger? Why do I want to be stronger?
Together, we are allowing movement to become medicine. Together, we are building a community that celebrates strength, connection, and the power of women moving as one.
