Strength Fusion is MTHR’s signature strength training class, designed to help women build muscle, increase endurance, and develop true functional strength without burnout.


This intelligently programmed session blends resistance training, dynamic core integration, and controlled conditioning into one powerful experience. Expect weights, bands, sliders and bodyweight exercises layered with intentional cueing and breath awareness so every rep delivers more.


We prioritize proper core & pelvic floor co-contraction, alignment, and movement mechanics, helping you train heavy while staying connected to your body. Modifications and progressions ensure this class meets you exactly where you are, whether you are rebuilding strength or ready to push your limits.

Pilates Fusion

Athletic Style, Mat Pilates Designed to Sculpt, Strengthen, and Refine

Pilates Fusion blends athletic Pilates with modern mat techniques to create a sculpting, strength-driven class that challenges your muscles while sharpening body awareness.


Expect controlled, intentional movement patterns paired with light weights, low-intensity interval bursts, and lengthening sequences that build lean muscle tone and deep core strength. This class emphasizes alignment, precision, and intelligent repetition to improve posture, stability, and muscular endurance.

Yoga Fusion

Vinyasa Yoga, Mobility, and Breathwork in One Elevated Practice

Yoga Fusion merges dynamic vinyasa flow, joint-focused mobility training, and intentional breath work into a practice that is both strengthening and restorative.

Soma Sculpt

Rhythmic Somatic Movement for Embodiment and Release

Soma Sculpt is a music-driven, somatic movement class that blends strength, repetition, and breath into a deeply embodied experience.


Movements are performed to the beat of the music and often sustained for the length of a song, allowing repetition to quiet the mind and awaken deeper body awareness. Subtle progressions build intensity while breath, sound, shaking, and intentional exhalation help release stored tension and move stagnant energy.


This is not traditional fitness. It is strength layered with sensation, challenge grounded in presence.

Each six-week program cycle incorporates a unique strength fusion style, blending conditioning, mat pilates, strength training, and somatic movement, offered five days a week for consistent growth. You can join at any time—our coaches emphasize a progressive overload approach and will tailor movements to each individual's journey.
