  • What if I haven't worked out in a long time?

    We believe in helping our clients meet themselves where they are every time they show up to class. 

    Each of our classes are designed with all fitness levels and needs for modifications in mind. We will make sure you are challenging yourself while you are exercising safely and getting stronger over time. And you won't be alone. Everyone comes to the studio and finds their personal level of workout!

  • How do I book a class?

    We use software called Walla (woman-founded, boom!) which is accessible from your computer or the app. 


    For ease of use on the go, we highly recommend downloading the Walla app on your device and create a username and password. We are paperless and process all reservations and payments ahead of class via Walla. All reservations must be made ahead of coming to class. 

  • Are your classes safe during pregnancy?

    Absolutley! MTHR was founded by Brooke Cates, creator of The Bloom Method, and is rooted in over 14 years of deep rooted experience in pregnancy, postpartum, and overall women's wellness.


    All classes offer modifications specifc to your needs and phase of pregnancy. 

  • What if I'm dealing with an injury?

    Our instructors are thorougly trained in anatomy, intentional cueing, core integration, intelligent progression, and various movement modalities. We offer modifications and regressions in every class so you can move in a way that supports your body, not override it.


    MTHR is designed to help you build strength safely and sustainably, meeting your body exactly where it is.

  • What do I need to bring to class?

    Just bring yourself and a bottle of H20! We'll take care of the rest. 

    Mthr is also a shoe-less studio and while we recommend barefeet, grippy socks are a great option too.
